DISCUSSION
You call this method to notify this panel that the keyboard focus should be transferred to it. Typically, you call this method when the user tabs into a panel from the dialog box in which it is embedded.
If you subclass CyberPanelExtension, you must override this method. Your override must not call its inherited method; that is, your override method must implement this method's functionality completely.
